“Bill performed a pre purchase survey on a 2021 Parker 2320 for me in April 2022. I live on the west coast and the boat was in New Jersey. A long distance transaction which made me nervous. A big purchase for me without even seeing the boat. Bill's thorough inspection and detailed report gave me the confidence I needed.
